Why you NEED to be filtering your drinking water..

Investing in a water filter, in my opinion is the number one thing you can do today to drastically improve the health and well-being of your family. Water is something we need to survive and something we consume every single day. So, the water we are drinking matters!

Did you know that up to 50 chemicals are added to Australia's water supplies for a variety of purification purposes. The most common of these chemicals are; Chlorine, Fluoride and Aluminium. In our tap water you’ll also find:

  • Trihalomethanes (THMs)
  • Arsenic, Radium, Copper, Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, and Barium
  • Hormones and Pharmaceuticals
  • Nitrates
  • Pesticides

What happens to our bodies when we drink unfiltered water? Our body becomes the filter. Our liver tries to break down the toxins into more manageable substances, but if it gets overwhelmed it has to store the toxins in fat reserves. Our kidneys filter toxins out of the bloodstream to dump them as urine. Other toxins are dumped in bile, which our intestines filter. This unfortunately puts big pressure on our organs and makes them work overtime. However, all these organs fail to deal with heavy metals. Lead, mercury, copper, and iron will devastate our body’s filtration mechanisms and destroy our health.
